How to sign up
LNER Assistant is a personalised alert system. You will only be messaged with information about your journey, including changes to your upcoming train, to help you with your journey in real-time.
To take advantage of LNER Assistant simply:
1. Book direct on the LNER website or on the LNER app and choose your chanel preference on the confirmation page
2. If you've already booked, choose one of the following ways to receive your updates
