If you’re buying a Season Ticket for the first time, please remember to bring a passport-sized photograph with you when you come to your National Express East Coast Travel Centre.
If you already have a Season Ticket, please renew it within 28 days of the old one expiring to avoid the risk of losing any charter discount you may be entitled to.
